Day 1: Arrival in Amritsar

Upon arrival in Amritsar, transfer to your hotel and complete the check-in formalities.

Later, visit the sacred Golden Temple, the spiritual and cultural heart of Sikhism. Spend time admiring its magnificent architecture, serene surroundings, and the world's largest community kitchen (Langar).

Continue to Jallianwala Bagh, the historic memorial commemorating the victims of the 1919 massacre.

In the evening, return to the Golden Temple to witness its spectacular illumination and experience the peaceful Palki Sahib ceremony.

Overnight stay in Amritsar.

 

Day 2: Amritsar Heritage & Wagah Border

After breakfast, visit the historic Gobindgarh Fort, featuring museums, cultural exhibits, traditional performances, and Punjab's military heritage.

If time permits, stop at the Partition Museum to gain insight into the history of the Partition of India.

Later, proceed to Wagah Border (Approx. 30 km | 45–60 mins) to witness the famous Beating Retreat Ceremony before sunset.

Return to Amritsar and enjoy authentic local specialties such as Amritsari Kulcha, Chole, and Lassi.

Overnight stay in Amritsar.

 

Day 3: Amritsar → Jalandhar

After breakfast, drive to Jalandhar (Approx. 80 km | 2 hrs).

Upon arrival, visit Pushpa Gujral Science City, an interactive science center featuring engaging exhibits, galleries, and educational attractions.

Later, visit Gurdwara Chhevin Padshahi before exploring the vibrant local markets and shopping areas in the evening.

Overnight stay in Jalandhar.

 

Day 4: Jalandhar → Ludhiana

After breakfast, drive to Ludhiana (Approx. 60 km | 1.5 hrs).

Visit the revered Sri Dukh Niwaran Sahib followed by the Punjab Agricultural University Museum, showcasing Punjab's rural lifestyle, agricultural traditions, and cultural heritage.

If time permits, visit Maharaja Ranjit Singh War Museum before enjoying the evening at leisure.

Overnight stay in Ludhiana.

 

Day 5: Ludhiana → Patiala

After breakfast, drive to Patiala (Approx. 95 km | 2–2.5 hrs).

Upon arrival, visit the historic Qila Mubarak, once the residence of the Patiala royal family.

Later, explore the beautiful Baradari Gardens followed by the magnificent Sheesh Mahal, admired for its mirror work, royal architecture, and museum collections.

Overnight stay in Patiala.

 

Day 6: Patiala → Chandigarh

After breakfast, drive to Chandigarh (Approx. 70 km | 1.5–2 hrs).

Upon arrival, visit the iconic Rock Garden of Chandigarh, an extraordinary sculpture garden created entirely from recycled materials.

Continue to Sukhna Lake for a relaxing lakeside stroll or optional boating experience.

Later, explore the beautiful Zakir Hussain Rose Garden before spending the evening shopping and dining at Sector 17 Plaza.

Overnight stay in Chandigarh.

 

Day 7: Chandigarh → Anandpur Sahib → Departure

After breakfast, drive to Anandpur Sahib (Approx. 85 km | 2 hrs), one of Sikhism's most sacred pilgrimage destinations and the birthplace of the Khalsa.

Visit the spectacular Virasat-e-Khalsa, an award-winning museum showcasing the history, culture, and legacy of Sikhism and Punjab.

If time permits, also visit Takht Sri Keshgarh Sahib, one of the five Takhts of Sikhism.

Later, return to Chandigarh (Approx. 85 km | 2 hrs) and proceed to the airport or railway station for your onward journey.

The tour concludes with wonderful memories of Punjab's spiritual heritage, royal history, vibrant culture, delicious cuisine, and warm hospitality.
