CHENNAI – TIRUPATI PILGRIMAGE TOUR
Day 1: Chennai Arrival – Heritage, Temples & Beach Experience
Upon arrival in Chennai, transfer to the hotel for check-in.
Later, visit Kapaleeshwarar Temple in Mylapore, one of the most iconic Dravidian temples in South India. Continue to San Thome Basilica, a historic neo-gothic church built over the tomb of St. Thomas.
In the evening, enjoy a relaxed visit to Besant Nagar Beach (Edward Elliot’s Beach), known for its clean shoreline and peaceful atmosphere.
Overnight stay in Chennai.
Day 2: Chennai – DakshinaChitra – Tirupati
After breakfast, drive to DakshinaChitra Heritage Museum (35 km / 1 hr) to explore South India’s traditional art and culture.
Later, proceed to Tirupati (135 km / 3.5–4 hrs). Upon arrival, check in to the hotel and relax.
Overnight stay in Tirupati.
Day 3: Tirumala Balaji Darshan
Early morning, proceed to Tirumala Hill for darshan of Lord Venkateswara at the sacred Tirumala Temple.
After darshan, collect Tirupati Laddu Prasadam and visit Swami Pushkarini and Silathoranam (natural rock arch). Return to Tirupati and spend the rest of the day at leisure.
Overnight stay in Tirupati.
Day 4: Sri Kalahasti Temple – Departure
After breakfast, visit Sri Kalahasti Temple (40 km / 1 hr), one of the most important Shiva temples in South India, known for its Vayu Lingam and Dravidian architecture.
After darshan, transfer to Tirupati Airport/Railway Station for departure, or proceed to Chennai Airport (150 km / 3.5 -- 4 hrs) for onward journey.
The tour concludes with divine blessings and memorable experiences.
